Patricia Ribeiro is a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments®.
Ms. Ribeiro joined American Century Investments in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In addition to her role as a senior portfolio manager, she also provides analytical support for Latin America.
Previously, Ms. Ribeiro was an independent consultant for Medley Global Advisors, LLC, in New York and Black Arrow Capital Management, LLC, in Greenwich, Conn. Prior to that, she was head of Latin American research at Citigroup Asset Management, a team she created and managed as part of the firm’s global research group. She also served as head of Latin American equity research for J.P. Morgan Investment Management.
Ms. Ribeiro holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Sherwin Soo, CFA
Sherwin Soo, CFA, is a vice president and portfolio manager for American Century Investments®.
Mr. Soo joined the company in 2011 as an investment analyst. Prior to joining American Century Investments, Mr. Soo was a vice president and securities analyst at Neuberger Berman. Previously, he held roles as an investment manager for HSBC Asset Management and as an analyst for Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Soo holds a bachelor’s degree in biological neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a CFA® charterholder.
