Investment Philosophy

We believe that even though stock prices could be influenced in the short-term by external factors such as interest rates, inflation, and political developments, its long-term stock price will converge to an underlying intrinsic value; The expected return of a stock is composed of dividend yield and expected dividend growth which reflect the earnings potential of a company.

• A bottom-up approach that concentrates on analysing dividend yield and growth, with particular focus on quality.
