Strategic Partnership with New Forests

In 2022, Nomura Holdings, Inc. announced* to acquire a stake in New Forests Pty Limited, one of the world’s leading nature-based real assets and natural capital asset management companies. This acquisition was completed in January 2023. As a result of the acquisition, Nomura now owns over 41% of New Forests shares.
